Signed cover plus signed record store divider card.  Vinyl is VG+ and cover is VG to VG+.  I bought this album from a reputable record dealer and, to the best of my knowledge, the signatures are genuine.  Please see photos.

BONUS:  5 additional Foreigner albums (not shown and NOT signed): Double Vision, Agent Provocateur, Records (greatest hits), self titled, and 4).  Most of these are VG+ on vinyl.
