Description

R.E.M. chronic town 12"  EP vintage hand signed in ball point pen  by all 4 members - this was acquired in Atlanta GA from the former owner (Devereux) and is the real deal all the way. You don't see many vintage 80s fully signed R.E.M. records out there.  Cover is very good minus and vinyl is very good.   This would make for a fine framed prize on the wall of any serious R.E.M. collector - a top notch display piece.   I will give this extremely sturdy packaging and include full insurance.  Winner to get FREE shipping within US confines !!
