Description
This is an incredibly strange record. It starts out normally with the familiar electronica theme of Disneyland's Main Street Electrical Parade and then transforms into a sort of space age psych electronica. Positively haunting in spots. Very rare record. Disneyland Record #DE-1. 1973. 7-inch 33 1/3 rpm picture disc stereo record. The running time is 3:25 for side one and 5:16 for side two. Visually, record looks as new. Play grade is near excellent (heard a total of three ticks). Side One: Baroque Hoedown; All in the Golden Afternoon. Side two: Baroque Hoedown; Casey, Jr.; Entry of the Gladiators; Cinderella; It's a Small World; O Columbia, The Gem of the Ocean; Yankee Doodle; Stars and Stripes Forever; and You're a Grand Old Flag. The basic theme is Baroque Hoedown with the other themes woven in as counter melodies. Moog synthesizer. The reverse side of the card that the record is resting on has the titles and credits and a description of the Parade. Also included is the original thick plastic sleeve that houses the card and the record. Will be well-packed and shipped via U.S. Post Office.
