Description
I am selling my brother's collection. I will be listing more auctions in the near future.
This is a set of 8 Sam Cooke 45 rpm records which were issued from
1960 through 1965. These records are in very good plus plus to near
mint condition, and should please any record collector. Condition is
visually graded and the questionable stuff has been put aside in the
scrap pile.
1. Frankie and Johnny/ Cool Train with picture sleeve
-- The picture sleeve has no writing or tape or seam splits;
only slight ring wear.
-- The hit side is in great shape, but the flip side -- "Cool Train"
has slight scratches which could affect the play. This side is
the exception to the great quality of the other sides of records.
No writing or tape on lable.
2. Another Saturday Night/ Love Will Find A Way with picture
sleeve
-- The picture sleeve has no writing or tape or seam splits;
only slight ring wear and slight center impresions which
appear to be from a center disk which was at one time
inserted into the record.
-- The record is in great shape -- no writing or tape on label.
3. Nothing Can Change This love/ Somebody Have Mercy
-- The record is in great shape -- no writing or tape on label
4. Chain Gang/ I Fall In Love Every Day
-- The record is in great shape -- no writing or tape on label
5. Cousin Of Mine/ That's Where It's At
-- The record is in great shape -- no writing or tape on label
6. Sad Mood/ Love Me

7. It's Got The Whole World Shakin'/ Ease My Troublin' Mind

The records in the bottom row are much better condition than they appear in the picture.
Overall this is a very nice set of 50+ year-old records, which
should make some collector very happy. Please check my other
listings for other interesting auctions from the 50s and 60s.
