S.O.S. BAND / Tell Me If You Still Care (instr.) & If You Want My Love (Ext.) 9/6/83.

This is a rare acetate pressing of the Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis produced "Tell Me If You Still Care (instrumental version)" and "If You Want My Love (extended version)" from Allen Zentz Recording / CBS Records. It is 'single sided' and "Tell Me If You Still Care" has a different synth ending than on the album. It goes up in higher octave ranges and then ends. No sound effects, like on the album, going into the next song.  "If You Want My Love" is longer. This recording is so 'crisp' and 'chunky'. It's truly amazing to hear in this way. Heavy duty vinyl pressing too. One of a kind item! You could own this....

Condition: Wax=Great! (High gloss w/ just a few minor scuffs.)  Cover=VG++ (w/ original 'allen zentz recording' sticker w/ track listing mistakingly indicating a vocal version of "Tell Me..." on side 'A'  and also original plastic inner sleeve.)
