super rad RODD KEITH "psychedelic" MSR song poems (hear Shipping Info | S/H info: Description killer record credited to Terry and Rodd & the Librettos with no title on the M.S.R. label (#LPM-206). guessing this is from 1968. fantastic backing band here doing groovy go-go soul sounds and the female vocalist kills it! two main songs: "yippie hippie" and "psychedelic baby" but "hey mr. webster" (a peace time plea to the dictionary publisher) and 2-3 others are also really good. one of the top 3 song poem albums i've run across. "yippie" is hilarious! technically a "bad" song but what a cool, bent groove. love it! fun list of vintage weird, strange, miscellaneous bin oddities today, be sure & check out my other auctions.
COND: cover: ex (was sealed when i found it, still in tight shrink wrap. there is some light sun fading.) . disc: nm (like-new, played once. pressing is crappy though.) . my grading system: nm/ex/vg++/vg+/vg/g.
