THE BLUES BROTHERS "Suitcase Full Of Blues" (Atlantic K 50556) original UK 1978 pressing
RARE TEST PRESSING WHITE LABEL! Found a small batch of white label albums circa 1978, all in plain white sleeves some with small cutting of LP and tracklist. Presumably an in-house quality control item, before items went into manufacture. Likely only a handful would've been made.
As you'd expect with a white label test press, this has the earliest mother stampers ("A" and "1").
Matrix: K 50556 A-1 (A and 1 mother stampers) and K 50556 B-1 (A mother stampers)

GRADING: NM/EX (disc / cover)
DESCRIPTION: Disc clean, maybe a few paper scuffs. Cover (white sleeve with sellotaped cutting) is excellent - sellotape has yellowed. Previous owner has written one one side of label (see photo).
