Sought after and very hard to find Suriname pic sleeve release! Like most Suriname releases of foreign music, this LP received a custom design treatment which makes it stand out from all the other international Madonna releases at the time. Moreover, the selection on this compilation seems unique (and 12 inch versions, according to the sleeve).
