Description

Well, here's a rare one.  Three disc set of Edna St. Vincent's long poem about the Holocaust, narrated by Basil Rathbone with chorus of Blanche Yurka.  78 rpm, shellac hard discs, Columbia Records, set M-MM-536.  Looks like a first and only edition, but I cannot be certain of that.  Nor is there a date anywhere, though probably sometime in the forties.  THIS SET IS SELLING FOR THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ON RARE BOOK SITES!  Records look clean and rarely used.  I do not have a 78 player to check, but I am pretty sure there are no skips.  Box container has some external scuffing at some edges but is remarkably well preserved.  Note the picture.  Check out my other items!Be sure to add me to your favorites list!
