on the no. 1 records label, catalog # No. 1-007, from 1980.   songs are make the rules and phenomenal world.   tough to find private power pop/punk single from milwaukee, features scott krueger who went on to join the shivvers shortly after this single came out.   very tough to find, even in these parts.   killer single, and the best part (other than the incredible music) is the condition.  UNPLAYED, original unused store stock......AMAZING. 

fold open sleeve is VG+, with couple small stains in upper left corner, another along spine, and some creasing in upper left corner as well......a couple light bends along top right as well.....still a decent sleeve....see photos.   labels are NM, showing no wear.  vinyl is MINT, unplayed, original unused store stock.....you'd be hard pressed to find a nicer one.    check my other auctions for a handful of other local rarities, along with a nice batch of other rock/psych/punk singles, and a large batch of lp's as well this week.....buy a bunch & save on shipping.

i cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur in shipping.   i pack my items in dedicated record mailers, with cardboard inserts on both sides of the record, with the record outside of cover to prevent seam splits.   i've been shipping records in this fashion for ten years now.....i know what i'm doing.   if you have additional shipping needs (for example, double boxing of lp's) please let me know BEFORE you pay.....extra weight means extra expense.    please inquire about insurance, as that is the only way to protect yourself from damage caused by the post office.

i have to state that i will ship for $4.00 or under according to new ebay rules, but i do not like to use first class domestic it takes too long, and items have sometimes gone missing as well.   if you absolutely have to save $1.00 on shipping, then that is what you'll get, first class for $4.00, including delivery confirmation....to me, as a seller (and a buyer, for that matter) it takes too long, and i end up with too many questions ( 'where is my record?'   'when did you ship it?'  etc, etc).   i strongly urge you to use priority as you'll get it much faster.    i prefer you use priority shipping with the US, and the cost is $5.00, including delivery confirmation.   first class airmail shipping to CANADA is also $5.00.   first class airmail shipping to MOST OF EUROPE, JAPAN & AUSTRALIA is $8.00.   registered airmail shipping is $20.00 worldwide, and is required on all shipments to both ITALY and FRANCE.   I DO NOT SHIP to SOUTH AMERICA, MEXICO, or ISRAEL at this time, NO EXCEPTIONS.   i will gladly combine items to save on shipping, i try not to make ANY money on shipping costs, i typically lose money honestly.   payment is expected within 7 days of auction end.   thanks for looking, and good luck.
