on the no. 1 records label, catalog # No. 1-007, from 1980.   songs are make the rules and phenomenal world.   tough to find private power pop/punk single from milwaukee, features scott krueger who went on to join the shivvers shortly after this single came out.   very tough to find, even in these parts.   killer single, and the best part (other than the incredible music) is the condition.  UNPLAYED, original unused store stock......AMAZING.  fold open sleeve is strong VG+, beautiful shape, but has a couple light bends/creases along the top edge, and a tiny corner ding in lower left corner.   labels are NM, showing no wear.  vinyl is MINT, unplayed, original unused store stock.....you won't find a nicer one.   please check my other auctions this week for many more rare indie, new wave & punk records ( 7"s & lps ).......buy a bunch and save on shipping. 


while i strive to keep my ebay sales fun and hassle free, i do have a couple new rules, due to some unfortunate activity from my previous rounds of auctions:    both ITALY & FRANCE customers must pay REGISTERED AIRMAIL shipping, regardless of the final value of the item(s)......no EXCEPTIONS!    i've avoided this new policy for some time, but in my last round of auctions i had four charge-backs, so this has become mandatory.....shipping prices are quoted below.   also, i do not accept bids from those of you with zero feedback.  sorry, no exceptions.  thanks in advance for your understanding.  as always, i will not end auctions early, please don't even bother to ask.

may was a rough month for me in terms of feedback, as i received my first negatives since selling on ebay (for over ten years now!)......so a quick note to future buyers:   if you have a question, please ask it BEFORE you buy the record, don't assume details without confirming with me, it will save us both the headaches.   also, for those of you overseas.......tracking for an item shipped overseas is NOT a cheap option, it starts at about $40.00 for an lp.   if you are willing to pay that, great.   if not, don't assume that there is an affordable way for me to do that, or that it's an option with regular first class mail....because it isn't.   if you need to see the package through from my house to your house, the cost starts at $40.00 to certain destinations, and goes up from there.   a very secure way of shipping, but not trackable, is registered mail.   that being said.......

all records are original pressings unless noted......i do not sell current reissues.  please ask any questions early, as i am not always by my computer near the end of auctions.    buyer pays shipping, see rates below.   all records are shipped in dedicated record mailers, with record shipped outside of cover when applicable, with two cardboard inserts.   paypal is the only accepted form of payment at this time.

i have to state that i will ship for $4.00 according to new ebay rules, but i do not like to use first class domestic it takes too long, and items have sometimes gone missing as well.   if you absolutely have to save $1.00 on shipping, then that is what you'll get, first class for $4.00, including delivery confirmation....to me, as a seller (and a buyer, for that matter) it takes too long, and i end up with too many questions ( 'where is my record?'   'when did you ship it?'  etc, etc).   i strongly urge you to use priority as you'll get it much faster.    i prefer you use priority shipping with the US, and the cost is $5.00, including delivery confirmation.   first class airmail shipping to CANADA is also $5.00.   first class airmail shipping to MOST OF EUROPE, JAPAN & AUSTRALIA is $8.00.   registered airmail shipping is $20.00 worldwide, and is required on all shipments to both ITALY and FRANCE.   I DO NOT SHIP to SOUTH AMERICA, MEXICO, or ISRAEL at this time, NO EXCEPTIONS.   i will gladly combine items to save on shipping, i try not to make ANY money on shipping costs, i typically lose money honestly.   payment is expected within 7 days of auction end.   thanks for looking, and good luck.
