format = 12 inch vinyl lp original press with unboxed decca to label and blind man text to rear of sleeve in flipback sleeve ... the ripple effect on the label pic is nothing to worry about , it's the sunlight from the roof window that makes that effect on the picture , it's not on the record at all !!
