Description

very rare original mono release rolling stones lp no. 2,their second album in 1964 released on decca. this copy has the decca logo unboxed and ungrooved on the label and has the controversial sleeve notes by andrew loog oldham about assaulting a blind beggar to get the money to buy the album. after many complaints decca withdrew the cover and removed the offending section making the originals very sought after. the record on visual inspection has some surface scratches but when playing these cannot be heard and means the listening experience is excellent throughout. the cover shows some wear with some creasing on the corners and the laminated surface is peeling in the top left corner. there is a name written twice on the front and the back.

sent in very sturdy cruciform cardboard packaging.
