We wish we had the time to play every record we sell, but there are not enough hours in the day. The records we sell on eBay are visually graded. On the 45s and EPs we are listing here, the record is graded first and then the cover. Here is our grading system:

M almost no wear, near perfect. Rarely used, this is the highest grade given
VG very nice copy with minimal wear, mostly from play
G good copy, but with some wear from play and use
F fair copy, but with more noticeable wear from play and use
P poor condition. Only an extremely rare record would be offered in this condition

One note on our grading: noticeable and possibly audible marks (scratches, scuffs, rub marks) will be noted after the condition grade. Label wear, as well as stickers on labels, will also be noted separately after the condition grade.

We guarantee each item we sell on eBay to be exactly as described. If a buyer receives an item and is unhappy, they can return the item within seven days for a refund. Certain conditions must be met though. Email for more information.

We had to buy boxes in order to ensure the safe transit of the packages containing these records. Normally, we would not charge any type of handling or packing fee. But we must charge $1 per package (not per listing if a customer buys more than one lot). This is just to cover the cost of these boxes. We do not make a profit from this. It is to have the correct size box for safe packaging of the records.

Because of the new eBay rules, the shipping cost will not always be accurate, especially for overseas customers. If a buyer pays through PayPal, but the total sent does not have a sufficient amount for postage and box cost, we WILL NOT send the package.

Also because of the new eBay rules, the shipping cost in the books and records sections are supposed to be under a certain price limit. But if the Post Office charges more (because of the weight of the package or the distance between the sender and receiver), or if a customer wants a specific type of shipping that costs more, then the estimated shipping cost will not be accurate. Again, if the buyer pays through PayPal, but the total sent does not have a sufficient amount for postage and box cost, we WILL NOT send the package.

If an eBay member buys more than one item and is paying with PayPal, please DO NOT pay for the items individually, as this only benefits PayPal. We can send an email with shipping information. This way, the buyer can also choose the type of shipping.
