Description

 RARE Complete Verdi Rigoletto Red Seal set from the performances by the RCA Victor Orchestra, as conducted by Renato Cellini, during 1950 or shortly before we presume. Soprano Erna Berger, Tenor Jan Peerce, and others. Robert Shaw Chorale chorus. 14 discs in all. Box 1 WDM 1400 contains 7 discs, Box 2 WDM 1401 contains 7, for a total of 14 in all. Also included a booklet about the opera and the libretto in side-by-side English and Italian. The opera is sung in Italian, of course. The slipcase is disconnected on bottom edge but can easily be taped shut if desired. Check pictures and ask questions.
