Description
The Pink Fairies are an English rock band initially active in the London (Ladbroke Grove) underground and psychedelic scene of the early 1970s. They promoted free music, drug taking and anarchy and often performed impromptu gigs and other agitprop stunts, such as playing for free outside the gates at the Bath and Isle of Wight pop festivals in 1970, as well as appearing at Phun City, the first Glastonbury and many other free festivals including Windsor and Trentishoe. Never Never Land is a 1971 album by the UK underground group Pink Fairies.

Twink had left the band before the recording of this album. Former The Move guitarist Trevor Burton occasionally joined the band for gigs and contributes to a couple of tracks, otherwise the band is the same line up stranded in San Francisco as The Deviants in '69 following the loss of vocalist Mick Farren.
The sleeve came in a gatefold cover by Edward Barker, the front showing a box full of goodies mostly taken from roadie Boss Goodman's personal collection of underground badges etc., the inner gatefold a cartoon strip.
The covers are at least Very Good Plus. One still in shrink wrap, One import. Records are Excellent... These are from my personal collection. I bought these not very long after they came out. Always handled with care. Never loaned out. May exhibit minor shelf wear. All have the original inner sleeves, that may show wear.
