78s are graded visually.
I have a huge accumulation of 78s, and while I don't claim to be an expert at anything, I'm much more comfortable selling 33s and 45s since they are what I grew up with. I've hesitated listing the 78s, but have invested so much in acquiring the records, buying sleeves for many of them, and rather expensive shipping materials, it's time I start listing some of them and sending them on to homes where they will be appreciated. Please note that I'm very easy to get along with, so if you aren't happy with your purchase, we'll work it out.
Shipping will be $4.00 for media mail for first record or set, plus $1.00 for each additional record or set in The United States.
FOREIGN BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING IS NOT FREE. Buyer pays shipping/handling. With the new postal rates it is quite expensive. Some foreign customers have told me listings are showing "free shipping", so they are surprised once they receive their invoice at the end of the auction because it does include the shipping charges. I don't know what is causing the problem. (Foreign buyers who purchase multiple items should ignore the automatic ebay invoices and wait for me to issue a combined invoice with adjusted shipping charges.) If package exceeds 4 lbs, it must be sent Priority Mail which is even more expensive.
