Fantastic 1969 Beatles UK LP. This was the Beatles' 12th LP, released on the 26th September. It was also the last official Beatles release that was recorded by them. Staying at number one for almost 18 consecutive weeks, it was only knocked off by The Rolling Stones' "Let It Bleed."

 She does carry some light marks.
After I cleaned her on my Pro-Ject VCS MkII Vacuum Record cleaner I had the utter joy of listening to her-all the way through....
I found the vinyl delivered a wonderful clean and clear audio playback....With deep bass and glorious highs too.
However, track1, side 1 had some shilling right at the beginning of the track...This disappeared within a few seconds but isn't great.
The rest of the album played through without any major issue and provided a solid and rich audio stereo playback, with some occasional liught background noise-please listen to the clip provided.

CERTAINLY NO JUMPS OR SKIPS ON MY FOCUS ONE DECK WITH SMK ARM AND AUDIO TECHNICA STYLUS FITTED.

 There are many light spindle marks, seen when angled towards the light...With central hole wear to the side 1 label-as can be seen in the images provided.
  NO "Sold in the UK..." text.
Outer text begins: "Apple Records all rights.."
"Mfd. in U.K." text. The labels are nice and vibrant.
This is the 1st pressing DARKER version of this Apple label.
Has the '33 1/3' to the extreem left.
As you can see in the images provided-there is a name to the side 2 label.
The last song credit DOES NOT HAVE "Her Majesty" on the Side 2 label.

*THIS IS A FILLER*
The cover of this LP is the rarer 1st print cover; with the alignment of the Apple Logo on the back NOT being inline with the text.
The spine remains strong, as well as just about legible.
There are many crescents and lines of spidering to the front and back.
There is a a split to the top seam and a small tear to the opening...Some patches of lifitng to the laminate around the edges have been coloured in but the back remains pretty good and would frame well.
 The alignment of the Apple Logo on the back is OUT OF LINE with the text.
AGAIN-IT IS A FILLER.


Inner:
G+.
 ORIGINAL "PATENTS APPLIED FOR" and "MADE IN ENGLAND" inner...These were only issued with the very 1st pressings.
There is some discoloration to the paper-as can be seen in the images provided.
Split to each side.
NO WRITING.
Certainly done her job in keeping this very early slab of vinyl in great condition!
