**GREAT AUDIO**
This Lp was released on the 10th July 1964. The 45rpm was released in April and at that time the Beatles' film had yet to get a title and as the story goes, Ringo emerged from a long days work saying "It's been a hard day," then seeing it was already dark added " 's night." This was then announced to the press as the title on the 17th of April. Ringo may have seen this phrase before in Lennon's book "Sad Michael."
Holding a number 1 position for a huge 21 weeks, from July the 25th!!!
This is also the ONLY Beatles album to have every track written by Lennon/McCartney.

VG(+). Lovely heavy vinyl with a gorgeous sheen. There are only light marks, with sound reproduction remaining rich and solid
**PLAY LOUD-WOW-FULL OF ENERGY**
I have just listened to the whole album and didn't find any less enjoyment in playback...
CERTAINLY NO SKIPS OR JUMPS
I found the only a tiny amount of occasional background noise in the quieter sections-run in and out...really does demonstrate glorious quality audio.
DEEP RICH BASS
A gentle professional clean and she'll sound even better.
Very nice indeed.

There are some light spindle marks visible when angled towards bright light, with BARELY ANY central hole wear...

Outer text "The Parlophone Co. LTD" (ONLY 1st Press have this) it DOES have the "Sold in the uk.." text.
NO writing.
Cover: VG-. Small mono in top right corner. Shiny front cover...With quite a few small areas of spidering to the front laminted cover and a small patch of lifting near the opening.
The white backing card only has a small amount of discolouration from age...but I do too :)
The corners have some light rubbing and knocking
The Garrod and Lofthouse flipbacks are in good strong condition
UNCRUSHED & LEGIBLE spine.
NO WRITING
Has "Patents Pending" to back bottom right corner flipback.
Inner: G+. It is a replacement, but period inner-with 2 windows and is die-cut.
There is some discolouration and a couple of splits to the side.
Certainly done her job by looking after this quality slab of vinyl.
