SUPERB AUDIO
This Lp was released on the 10th July 1964. The 45rpm was released in April and at that time the Beatles' film had yet to get a title and as the story goes, Ringo emerged from a long days work saying "It's been a hard day," then seeing it was already dark added " 's night." This was then announced to the press as the title on the 17th of April. Ringo may have seen this phrase before in Lennons book "Sad Michael."
Holding a number 1 postition for a huge 21 weeks, from July the 25th!!!
This is also the ONLY Beatles album to have every track written by Lennon/McCartney.

VG+. Lovely heavy vinyl with a bright sheen. There are just a few very light marks and a light scuff, with sound reproduction being superb!
**PLAY LOUD-WOW-RAW AND FULL OF ENERGY**
I have just listened to the whole album and didn't find any less enjoyment in playback.
CLEAR AUDIO
I found the usual background noise in the quieter sections-run in and out..that's it. A gentle professional clean will certainly help this.
I noticed around 5 revolutionary pops on track 2, side 1...that's all-the rest is a wonderful rich sound.

A gentle professional clean and you've got a great copy.

Labels: EX. Lovely and clear. Only a few light spindle marks, visible when angled towards bright light, with barely any central hole wear...

Solid, small mono in top right corner. Shiny front cover...With just some small fingers of spidering to the edges of the front laminted cover, with 3 or four very minimal crescents of spidering near the opening.
The white backing card has HARDLY ANY discolouration from age...!!

The Garrod and Lofthouse flipbacks are in wonderfully strong condition.
EXCELLENT, STRONG, UNCRUSHED & LEGIBLE spine.
NO rips or tears!!
Has "Patents Pending" to back bottom right corner flipback.
EXCELLENT EXAMPLE
Inner: VG. ORIGINAL "USE EMITEX". Lined with the tracing paper inner, there are a couple of small splits, to the bottom seem, one to one side and a small nick at the opening.
Certainly done her job by looking after this quality slab of vinyl.
