Description
RARE 78rpm, 10" record with maroon label and gold text, the subject of this record is Cantonese and there are symbols of a foreign language on the label, I will transcribe all English off of the label below.
I am not positive but I have come to the conclusion that this record was manufactured somewhere between 1905 and 1908 as that is when Columbia used the header "COLUMBIA PHONOGRAPH CO. Gen'l" for 10-inch records manufactured in foreign countries.

Condition: Record doesn't appear too heavily played, the grooves look pretty good but the playing surface is definitely "dulled". There are some tiny knicks and tiny scratches here and there, likely this record was stored with no sleeve or jacket. The label has a few spindle marks around the hole and the color of the label is also somewhat dulled. Overall I think it will play ok although I am not certain of exactly what the contents of the record are. This record is in decent condition, on a 1-10 scale I would rate this record about a 5 or 6 but that is subjective, decent used condition.
