Description

Offered here is an early Edison Gold Moulded Amberol 4 minute cylinder record #142 released in 1909 featuring Cal Stewart & Company performing A POSSUM SUPPER AT THE DARKTOWN CHURCH. This recording was only issued as a Gold Moulded Amberol cylinder and there were no subsequent releases, either as a Blue Amberol cylinder or Diamond Disc.

The cylinder surface is in good playable condition with no cracks or chips. It played just fine for me. Please look closely at the pictures for condition details as they are a significant part of the description. It will come housed in an appropriate Edison Gold Moulded Amberol cylinder case without a lid.
