Jug and Jazz band the Five Harmaniacs are maybe best known for their tunes "Coney Island Washboard" and "Sadie Green, Vamp of New Orleans". But here's their first recorded side “Harmaniac Blues” released as the Harmaniac Five. It was recorded at the Marsh Laboratories in Chicago for Paramount in June of ’26 and released at the time on Paramount/Broadway and this Putitan 78. 
Harmaniac Blues is the opening track on Document records - Harps, Jugs, Washboards & Kazoos compilation, but the 78 is a far superior listen. 
The flip-side features the obscure Dixie Banjo Boys doing a wild and very early instumental version of the 1926 songs 
Baby Face. A song that can be heard till this day (Paul McCartney apparently even sang the song on his 2007 Secret Tour)
