"Peg Leg" Howell was a farmer in Georgia until he lost his right leg. He moved to Atlanta and played on  street corners. He was also a bootlegger.
In 1926 he made his first record for Columbia. He recorded 28 sides between 1926 and 1929.
Used but plays through with no problems.
