Here is a MEGA RARE classic vintage roots of rock n roll album from my collection offered up for sale: An original 1958 DJ radio station PROMO lp album. "BUDDY HOLLY", one of only three Lp records released during Buddy's lifetime! This RARE promotional pressing features "Sample Copy" blue radio station Coral labels on heavy weight vinyl that has been well cared for! Released 1958 by Coral Records CRL 57210 MONO.
This heavy record grades VG+/ EX, is super clean and glossy, has a few needle marks to an otherwise outstanding looking disc! Has been PLAY TESTED, plays from start to finish with excellent sound quality, a few light pops where there are a couple needle marks noted during Fats Domino's "Valley of Tears, and Little Richard's "Ready Teddy". These needle marks are small (1/2 inch or so) they are feelable but play through as noted. .Otherwise clear & quiet sound! NO jumps or skips! NO hisss or annoying surface noise. This record still delivers a very enjoyable listen! The cover rates VG+/EX, is clean, has bright color with no ring wear,FRAME WORTHY COVER! edges and corners EX and solid, no splits, top seam neatly repaired, binder edge is worn & split very slightly at center but still readable, no signatures or writing, looks minimally handled, has been very well cared for! Classic songs and RARE collectable, in beautiful condition for it's age!
