Description
This is from a top of the market collection, comprising of just early stereo rarities on Decca HMV, UK Columbia & RCA. First labels issues in Near Mint condition to 99% of them, all described in detail with plenty of pictures. Includes many items rarely seen on ebay.
First year pressing of Uk Decca SXL 2285 Fistoulari conducts scenes from Swan Lake with the Concertgebouw Orchestra, only their second ever SXL (after the Mahler 4th) Fantastic big warm stereo sound to this. Labels are ED1 with original recording by.. at ten o clock, with the wide silver band and ffss circle at 12 O' clock. No issues with the sleeve, and the original company ffss inner is present and pristine. This is visually Near mint, playing Near Mint on my moving coil, has clean labels and the sleeve is Near Mint. Nice low 2E2E stampers.
This record is not warped, labels are clean.Good selection of rarities in my list this week..
