We have a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 2/3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers.
We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule to Monday. We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. Please be aware we have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.

Collectible 1967 original vinyl in thick gatefold cover...the Seeds Flower Power psyche garage in full blossom and filled with killer infectious tunes with plenty of fuzz guitar/farfisa organ, great whining vocals and even sitar and trippy sound effects...
FUTURE by THE SEEDS is a bit of a guilty pleasure. The Seeds, were a very distinctive garage band and on their psychedelic opus, Future, we hear the sound of a band that has a huge recording budget, and ended up creating is a wild 60's pop art display, which contains tons of charm. Future is the sonic equivalent of a 60's cult film like The Trip.
The Seeds began life a few years prior to this recording as a prime garage/psych band out of LA. They'd already scored a few minor hits with "Pushin' Too Hard" and "Can't Seem To Make You Mine." They cashed in on their newfound clout to create this weird and freaky distorted mirror image of Sgt. Pepper's. The strange thing is, Future is arguably a more fun album than that Beatles classic.
Sky Saxon was a notably crazed singer, but he didn't really have the focused punch of somewhat like the 13th Floor Elevator's Rocky Erickson. What raises this album to classic status is in the execution. "The Flower Lady And Her Assistant" is a far from original composition, but the disorienting harps and strangely meandering clarinet takes song into a brand new realm. Something like "March Of The Flower Children" becomes a great song because it ends up pointlessly and manically arranged with blaring 'Pepperisms" replacing what would normally be the bass line. The album continues with other random kitchen sink sound effects & sonic productions culminating in the epic length and wildly strange "Fallin'."
It doesn't matter that they really didn't have the talent to create another Sgt. Peppers because they're having so much fun trying. Fortunately, they also had a lot of money to make this quixotic attempt, and that just makes Future all the more charming.
This is a masterpiece of psychedelia and a lot more fun and entertaining that many of the other classics of the era. Future gives "guilty pleasure" a good name and inhabits a special place in the pantheon of 60's "psychedelic" rock.

CONDITION: The thick gatefold cover is VG+++ having NO delete marks and very little shelf wear starting, so otherwise very solid and stiff with no seam splits, no bends, no writing
The vinyl has "EX" (excellent) the body of grooves are clear and plays EXcellent
