Description
Here a cool original album offered up for sale: The Rolling Stones album "Sticky Fingers", released in 1971 by Rolling Stones Records COC 59100, this is an original 1st pressing with Andy Warhol designed cover, still has working metal zipper and custom paper inner sleeve. The vinyl has marks but is still an enjoyable play, cover has been well cared for, has never been torn open revealing underwear image underneath. These originals are super collectable, getting scarce!
Note: It is common to find this vinyl with many marks and even damaged or cracked vinyl due to the metal zipper. This one is not damaged. The tiny indents on the cover are also common due to original shipping (boxed together). Advise to store cover and disc separately or with the zipper down (by label, so it can't damage the grooves).
This vinyl rates VG, is glossy and clean, has several light marks, plus each side has one small 1/2" moderate feel-able mark at the lead in edge, doesn't seem to effect play. PLAY TESTED, plays very good from start to finish, bright clear sound with some light background pops but nothing heavy, no skips or jumps and a very enjoyable listen! The inner sleeve is clean, center splits neatly taped.
The cover rates VG+, is clean and bright with no ring wear, seams and corners with only light wear, no splits, no tape, binder edge has some small rubs to print, has a few bends to di-cut but no ripping, back has a few tiny indents spots to slick (unnoticeable), no stains, no signatures or writing, has been very well cared for! The inner sleeve is clean and bright, no stains, small center splits taped. (see all photos)
