 ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS GATEFOLD SLEEVE - VERY HIGH QUALITY THICK VINYL ISLAND PRESSING - ORIGINAL ISLAND BLUE INNER

Early Hand Etched Matrix Numbers 1-9318-H-3 /  2-9318-H-3 

Rare US Psych, Folk album with 1st pressing matrix and sleeve on the collectable Pink Rim Island Label from a timeless artist. Last Of Drake's albums here is a chance to pick up an excellent example.

Sleeve

The original gatefold sleeve is in good structural shape. Its solid and free from any nasty splits. This sleeve is notorious as was both black and unlaminated meaning it suffered easily from shelf wear! This one has rubbing on the top and bottom of the front and along some edges including spine although the writing is clearly visible (see pictures) There is an export deletion hole through the top right. Its a solid sleeve maybe not as bad as it sounds here rates VG the original blue island inner is near mint with the deletion hole also

Vinyl

The thick 1st press Island pressing is lovely. It retains a very deep glossy shine and is visually exceptional. There are just light circular hairlines from being taken from and put into the sleeve and one light mark in strong light all of which are not audible. A good collectable or even playable example rates EX

Labels

The original 1st press pink rim labels are in excellent order. No writing, stickers or abrasions. Some spindles if you look for them EX+

Overall here is a desirable example of this classic album in fantastic order.

This album comes up little enough and is in my opinion a rarer record than that of its UK release - This would make an excellent addition to any record collection!
