Released on the 5th of October 1970, this Lp was to define the 70's hard rock scene... & what an album!! Entering the UK charts at the No. 1 position.
Most of the songs on this album were composed in Bron-Yr-Aur, an 18th-century cottage in Gwynedd, Wales during the mid 70's, after a hectic North American tour.

The Vinyl:

GREAT QUALITY VINYL....I can only see light marks to the vinyl, which, after playing her all the way through only created some light background crackle-which I found quite reassuringly original! I noticed a few revolutionary light pops around the mid-section of track 4, side 1: Since I've Been Loving You....But these weren't overtly offensive at all and played over without any jumps or skips; with my needle on a very, very light setting.
Track 1 on side 2 also starts with a bit of crackle, but once the bass kicks in, it is all but forgotten about :)
I have just had the utter pleasure of listening to her all the way through-LOUD-!! I wasn't dissapointed at all :)
KEEPS THE DEEP, RICH SOUND REPRODUCTION AS IF BORN YESTERDAY ;)

ORIGINAL Plum & Orange labels. They remain deep and rich in colour.
Almost ZERO central hole wear , with just very light spindle marks,  visible when angled towards the light and looking for them.
Just some slight blooming to the side 2 label-but I am sure this would clean up...it isn't particularly evident-only really when you angle the record to the light and look for it.

All wrapped up in an EXCELLENT, 1st print, gatefold cover, fully laminated and fully working wheel!
The cover has a lovely white/creamy colour with strong corners and free from any writing. The only point of any sort of detraction from it's glorious originality is just a very slight and tiny amount of slight discoloration...I have tried to show it in the images provided...Really not worth mentioning!

Superb ORIGINAL "Plastic Bags Can Be Dangerous" poly-lined inner.
Done a fantastic job in keeping this Lp in great condition and pulls the whole package together as an ORIGINAL FROM 1970!
