Description
Two original 1950s first pressing LPs featuring Isaac Stern:
-Lalo’s Symphonie Espagnole & Bruch’s Violin Concerto, played by Isaac Stern and conducted by Eugene Ormandy, on original 1956 6-Eye Columbia ML-5097. The disc is beautifully near mint and plays flawlessly. The cover is likewise nearly pristine and just gorgeously crisp and clean. A tiny bit of fraying at the top edge, but barely at all. Truly a top copy.
-Isaac Stern with David Oistrakh - Vivaldi and Bach concertos, also conducted by Eugene Ormandy, on original 1957 6-Eye Columbia ML-5087. Again, the disc is nearly perfectly mint and plays flawlessly, and the cover only has the slightest shelfwear and signs of gentle use. Barely.
These are both just gorgeous original copies, near impossible to beat.
