NOTE: Overall Sleeve VG/VG+ , Vinyl NM/M, Vinyl looks unplayed. Front overlay on sleeve is torn and pulled up on left side (see photos) Sleeve has no tears, light creasing and light staining to back. The original Timing cue sheets are missing but I have provided copies of each of the sheets as well as a copy of the original letter from UNISTAR to the radio stations. The record is now enclosed in an archival outer sleeve.
