45 Birdwatchers “Mary Mary” Mala 555 FL Garage 1967 prod Steve Alamo.
Huge regional Florida garage band hit released in March of 1967 from the South Florida area. Backed with “Cry A Little Bit”. Songs produced by Bradley Schapiro and Steve Alamo.
Alamo was an artist in his own right and a regular on Dick Clark tours and “”Where The Action Is”.
Very few surface scratches and dings but does have a tad of that 1960s “sock hop” swish—
I try to be honest with condition ratings and this one is TO ME VG+ or to super snob a high VG (how do you think you’re gonna snap and pop when youre over 50 yrs old 😛)
I played it on two different turntables, both with stylus replaced recently and it did not skip on MY turntables.
Comes in a tidy whitey sleeve. As with most Mala labels, the labels were not standard paper but more painted/inked onto the vinyl and had a tendency to wear off.
Buyer pays shipping—while I package well I recommend choosing shipping better than media so you can insure—not that many copies around so if the postals break it that could be a pain💃💃💃💃💃
Will throw in a repro of either a newspaper article or photo of the band for some background.
