Description

** I will be listing several Berliner records this week and next along with some very nice 7" Monarch and early Eldridge Johnson Victors as well.  I am happy to combine shipping for multiple items and have plenty of experience safely packaging and shipping these fragile records. **

Up for consideration is a nice, early 7" Berliner record.  The record number, title and artist are as follows:

No. 3257 Z
Carnival Of Venice (Title is hand etched.)
Xylophone Solo
Mr. Chas P. Lowe

This would be in good condition, but has a hairline crack that extends 3" or so into the left side of the record.  I tested this record briefly using a fiber needle and although there is a repeated "tick" noise caused by the crack, the record still plays clearly.  That said, I do not recommend playing this record.  It would serve well as a display record for an early machine.
