Scarce Duke Ellington and His Kentucky Club Orchestra on race Vocalion series with Duke's first electrically recorded band sides. This early large label Vocalion has the November 1926 recordings of these tunes while the small label Vocalion, like the Brunswick release, used the March 1927 master of "East St. Louis Toodle-O". Glossy grooves with very light rub marks and scuffs.
