CONDITION: VV+ Takes: E-4110/E-4114
Early takes recorded 11/29/26, only issued on Vocalion.
Later takes were recorded 2/28/27 and then issued on Brunswick 3480 and Vocalion 1064.
Always check the deadwax!
Great edgier Ellington before he developed his smooth, commercial style.
A slash grade(E/E-) indicates the second side is E-
A VV+ grade indicates the record is between V and V+
