You are welcome to pick-up.

If they cannot deliver through your letterbox and no one is in the courier will normally leave a card. This will ask that you pick up the parcel from your local sorting office or tell you they have left it in a safe place, please check. Some couriers will deliver to a local shop rather than your home address (email me for details).

 I post within 24hrs of payment being received (except weekend and Bank Holiday); if your item has not arrived within a reasonable time please let me know. I will assist you in any way I can.

If you want extra protection I can send by registered mail or special delivery (email me for details).

Payment:

UK: I normally prefer PayPal, but cheque or postal order acceptable.  The choice is yours, but please note that I cannot despatch the items until the payment as cleared.

Rest of World: PayPal Only.

I try to describe the item as best I can, but sometimes I may miss details that could be of importance to you. PLEASE, email me if you have any queries.

Photographs:

My skills at photography are limited. The photographs are included to show what the item looks like and give an indication of condition. The photograph may not give an accurate indication of colour. PLEASE, ask if you have any doubts.  I will email further photographs if you require them.

If you right click on the photograph you can save it to your own pc and use your imaging software to get a better look at the item.

Returns:

If you change your mind and decide that you don’t want the item I will refund the cost price (less any eBay or PayPal fees) on return of the item. However, you will still have to pay any associated postage costs.

If I have misrepresented the item then, of course, I will reimburse all your costs.

Feedback:

I will leave feedback as soon as payment as cleared. PLEASE leave feedback on receipt of goods so I know all is well.

For whatever reason, some people cannot find time to leave feedback or email me to let me know their goods have arrived in good condition and as described. If I have not received notification of any problems within ten (10) days of dispatch I will assume all is ok and that the deal is closed.

The Unfortunate Bit:

It has been known for parcels to get lost or damaged in the post. If this happens I will contact the courier and try to obtain compensation, this may take awhile so please be patient. In some instances parcels are not classed as un-delivered until 15 days after they were posted. If items are damaged please keep them and the packaging. Some couriers may require photographic evidence.

Sorry, but some couriers require extra postage for destinations to remote areas or areas not on Mainland UK. For example, a Mainland UK postal charge of £3.30 will increase to £5.50 for the above destinations.
