Packing We ship these antique, fragile shellac records in cardboard squares surrounded by padding, floating inside a 12" x 12" x 6" box. 78RPM Columbia 38044 Billie Holiday, Night and Day E / Gloomy Sunday E to E+ beautiful E This rare circa 1947 great Jazz artist record is in a high grade E / E to E+ this is a well above average condition78 with light wear and few flaws, the only flaw is a little (ladybug size) just feelable scrape like flaw at 245 on Night in the middle of the tune--not sure what that will do probably depends on the player and arm--besides that little spot this is getting near NM or E+ (I rarely call 78s NM) looking with barely visible flaws--a great gloss--barely looks played or used -an awesome condition on this--investment grade / type 78 here. Billie Holiday is the best selling Jazz artist in 78 records there is (its a fact-- I know I've sold 5000 78s the last 5 years--most Jazz)--and I have 10000s of all the great Jazz artists--shes the Queen of Jazz 78 sales, see my 5 photos -also check discogs for my other rare Jazz 78s. Spindle holes and labels have slight wear. Will be in the vintage heavy paper sleeve it has been stored in for the last 6-7 decades. Only have 1 of this.
