Record in NEAR MINT condition. These are normally wrecked but this has been very well looked after and seldom played it seems.
Sleeve in EXCELLENT condition. Unlaminated cover is typical of the period and Australian covers in particular have never aged well. This has moderate handling evident and a degree of wear has occurred to the rear sleeve.  See photos. Nice example.
