8/11/1936 RADIO TRANSCRIPTION /ACETATE
TOMMY DORSEY (The Ford Show)
w/ Jack Leonard, Edith Wright & The Three Esquires

recorded at Texas Centennial Celebration in Dallas
Condition between VG+
only occasional very light static
It opens with Announcer into Tommy Dorsey playing his theme song & goes into
a Ford V8 commercial. Through out there is banter between the singers.
Edith Wright sings OUT ON THE BEACH AT BALI BALI
Three Esquires, Edith Wright & Jack Leonard do a swing version of OLD COW HAND
Then they sing WOULD YOU from the Movie San Francisco.
All of course with Tommy Dorsey and his Orchestra.
The transcription is marked side 1 & side 4. Obviously it is not the whole show

NM (Near Mint): Record and cover appear virtually unmarked.
VG++: A hair under near mint may have just a very few visual marks that should not affect sound.
VG+ : A well cared for record. Should have no more then the slightest if any audible imperfections.
VG : Many only surface lines or may have 1 or more small scratches .Some background sound but still very enjoyable. Cover defects will be noted.
VG-: significant background sound from various defects but music always quite audible above it. Cover has some damage that will be noted.price rating
