Description

I'm selling a 7" Dave of AFI gave me back in 1993 when we both went to Berkeley together. I need to get a new video camera, so I figured it was worth selling some of my records. This record is in perfect NM condition- I played it a couple of times back in 93' and stored it in my closet ever since.

The second AFI 7" entitled "Eddie Picnic’s All Wet", is a first pressing on pink vinyl complete with hand numbered sleeve released in 1994. Only 200 were made on pink vinyl and this copy is hand numbered #136 of 200. Features the front cover photos of Davey with a Mohawk and Mark’s legs by Murray Bowles and the back cover picture (featuring Eddie Picnic, which is all wet) taken by bass player Geoff Kresge. AFI was Davey Havok on Vocals, Mark (listed as "Morkissey" here!) on Guitar, Adam Carson (listed as "Adum Aphee") on Drums and Geoff Kresge (listed as "Geoff Stillborne") on Bass. They had broken up after graduating from high school and then re-united for one show at the Phoenix Theatre in Petaluma, California, on December 29 1993. They recorded that show and released this 7" which is a live recording of a part of that "reunion" show and features their crazy cover of the Frank Sinatra hit "Love is a many splendored thing".
