UK VOGUE 78 RPM
This MEGA RARE ROCKING UK 78 was Issued in 1957 featuring a more uptempo version of her first
USA Aladdin issue.
Little is known about Aggie Dukes - she first comes to light in the mid 50’s playing piano at a famous Lesbian bar called Tommy’s Place in San Francisco.
She released 3 singles on Aladdin which includes 2 versions of John John.
The 78 is in excellent condition with only the odd light mark and scuff and plays loud and bright. The centre labels are nice and clean as you can see from the scans.
