WOW!!! WOW!!! WOW!!! MEGARARE and Hard-To-Find original Disques Fleche very first PROMOTIONAL Stereo press released by Editorial Trompos, made, produced and distributed in Chile in 1975 by Quatro Ltda. (Quatro Records), licensed from Disques Fleche, France, catalog number QS-52, with hand etched matrix numbers QS-52-A C/AG in Side A and QS-52-B C/AG in Side B, with pink/black Disques Fleche/Quatro Records labels, with solid center. It’s interesting to notice that in the deadwax of both sides it’s written the exact day of pressing, “6-V-75” (May 6th of 1975). Yes, Sirs, ANOTHER FIND from Chile for all fans, lovers and collectors of Alain Chamfort and French chanson of the ‘70’s!!!

The first to tell about this MEGARARE SINGLE is that it was ONLY RELEASED IN CHILE, in 1975, including the song “L'amour N'est Pas Une Chanson” (originally released as single in 1974) sung in Spanish as Side A and “Je Pense A Elle, Elle Pense A Moi” (originally released as single in 1973) sung in French. Song titles are written in Spanish, translated to French, with full credits for songwriters and additional information about French credits for Disques Fleches and production. In Side B it’s the squared Promo stamp “Quatro Ltda. – Muestra Sin Valor” (Quatro Ltda- - Sample Without Value). So, here you have the chance to get and own this MEGARARE AND UNIQUE SINGLE by Alain Chamfort RELEASED ONLY IN CHILE and with “L'amour N'est Pas Une Chanson” sung in Spanish, a record NEVER SEEN BEFORE and now auctioned here in eBay by the very first time and in great condition!!! WOW!!! A MUST TO HAVE!!!

This record has the original Quatro Records generic paper sleeve, which’s in nice EX- or even EX condition, with general wear, more evident in corners and mouth edge, with bends, some creases and light ring marks, with little rips in part of the mouth edge, but amazingly without seam splits, a real miracle for this kind of so fragile paper covers even though the paper used in this cover is thicker than “normal”. The record is in nice VG+ or EX- condition both sides, glossy and clean, with some soft scuffs, light hairlines and very soft scratches, hard to see at first sight, with a very light warp, which of course don’t affect play at all. Labels are in great EX- or EX condition both sides, clear and clean, with only some spindle hole wear and very small tears, more evident in Side A. The sound is in strong VG or VG+ condition the Side A, loud, clear and clean, with a soft background noise (surface noise is normal in records from Chile), with minimal crackles and only occasional light clicks, more evident in the first seconds of the song, and in EX+ or even NM- condition the Side B, with only minimal light crackles at the last seconds of the song, which of course don’t cause major distraction from the loud and clear sound this record keeps from the beginning to the end. Overall, this is a great record in this MEGARARE, PROMOTIONAL AND UNIQUE PRESS, with a very nice look, clean labels and with still a great sound quality after 42 years, which won’t disappoint anyone and will satisfy any collector who know the real level of rarity of this single!!! And don’t forget this is the French singer Alain Chamfort singing one of his hits in Spanish in this SINGLE ONLY RELEASED HERE IN CHILE!!! Yes, Sirs, what a FIND!!! We don’t use the generic “VG” most of South American sellers use to hide poor quality conditions or “NM” or “Mint” for records which aren’t even clean and sound less than a normal “VG” in professional standards. We use the Record Collector’s Grading System with a little modification: we don’t use MINT grade but for Sealed records and we can use a + or – to show a most professional accurate description.

MINT (M): I only use this grade for Sealed records.

NEAR MINT (NM): The record itself is in like new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality (only some very very very light hairlines caused for the record rubbing the sleeve). The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in like perfect condition.

EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality, maybe some surface marks which doesn’t affect play. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F): The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR (P): The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD (B): The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

We have an unique value worldwide:

GBP15 for weight until 1kg (usually 1 or 2 records 12" depending on thickness of the vinyl)

GBP25 for weight 1-2kg (usually 3-5 records 12")

GBP10 for one 7” record

All records will be packed outside of the sleeve to avoid damages in the cover and all records will be sent with tracking number via Small Packet or Parcel Post services.

We don’t have anything to hide and we know the buyers expect to receive feedback after to pay for the items they win. Most of sellers say to give feedback when buyers leave feedback first.
