E' L'AMICIZIA / SERENATA IN GRIGIO ... 7-inch, 45rpm single by ORCHESTRA ALDO BUONOCORE. Original Italian 1st pressing on CiPiTi label (CPT NP 1002), from 1972. Desirable, Brazilian jazz influenced masterpiece by the cult arranger and pianist, Aldo Buonocore (the man responsible for the Ciak Si Muore giallo thriller soundtrack also on the same label ;) Music co-written by Sante Palumbo (of Stasera In Casa Seduti In Poltrona Con La Luce Diffusa and Sway Lp infamy ;) Features the killer psychedelic lounge / scat bossa theme E' L'AMICIZIA. Gliding cinematic strings a la Michel Legrand Archi Cordes / whispering sexy female harmony / muted trumpet / jazz trio style piano vamps and groovy fender bassline. Great for DJs. Booming production sound. This is the hottest theme from his Ti Amo (In Musica) Lp released on an obscure 7-inch with striking artwork sleeve. Big record with certain Japanese collectors. Rare OST 45!!!

Vinyl is in shiny, VG++ condition overall with some hairlines / scuffs and some faded old pressing residue marks. Some light surface noises. Booming production sound. A few soft pops / soft ticks in places (as you can hear on the our soundclip). The soft card picture sleeve is in strong VG+ condition overall with some general wear and ring creasing from storage. Some dirt marks to back sleeve. Corner and edge wear in places. Main photo shows back sleeve artwork / 3rd photo is the front sleeve (with the original silver sticker the 1st issue has).
