ALEXIS KORNER'S BLUES INCORPORATED R & B FROM THE MARQUEE
DECCA ACE OF CLUBS LABEL 1962 ORIGINAL FIRST UK PRESSING WITH ROBERT STACE FRONT LAMINATED FLIP BACK SINGLE SLEEVE, IN VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT PLAYING CONDITION.

Released in 1962, I am offering today this rare original first UK pressing on Decca's ACE OF CLUBS label of this great blues album from ALEXIS KORNER'S BLUES INCORPORATED titled "R&B FROM THE MARQUEE". The vinyl shows a few light scuffs and some scratches on the first track on side two which do cause some light pops but there are no skips or sticks etc and mostly plays with excellent audio . A great album that does not get offered too often.
The album comes complete with its original Robert Stace printed front laminated flip back single sleeve which is in reasonably clean condition with fully legible spine text and no splits stickers or unwanted writing etc but half of the laminating is missing with some l creases and the back panel is somewhat discoloured.
I have just played this through for these listing purposes and can state that it plays well. There is some light clicks on the track I GOT MY MOJO WORKIN on occasion but overall it plays well with very good to excellent audio. Needless to say absolutely no sticks or skips etc.
The VINYL, The vinyl visually shows a few scratches on the track I GOT MY MOJO WORKIN but these do not cause any sticks or skips but there is some light clicks. otherwise it plays excellent with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc.
The SLEEVE, The MacNeill printed front laminated single sleeve is in reasonably clean condition with no splits or unwanted writing etc but shows some shelf wear and some creasing and half of the laminate is missing but still a presentable example .
The LABELS, The labels are very clean. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.
The INNER, The generic inner is clean and free from any unwanted writing or splits etc.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
