    Essential record if you are a piano fan ..50°s recording of ALFRED CORTOT ( according to me the best period of CORTOT ) .At that time MR CORTOT was interpreted most of the works played with his unique way of playing the piano , all the pieces played here are sound a la CORTOT ..SUperb mostly if you like piano ..
This record is SIGNED BY CORTOT on front cover , the last owner was a belgian politician , he saw CORTOT during a récital in 1956 and had the honnor to get a signature from the piano master ..CORTOT was really rarely signed his record so PIECE OF HISTORY ..( CHECK FRONT COVER SIGNATURE )
CONDITION, the record is nt ain a great shape , the record mostly has many hairlines and even few stripes ( record look VG+ but finally play more close to VG++ , i listen the complete record and the sound is mostly vg++ ( most of the record play only with light surface noise so kind of confortable) but there are also a rare few pops ..If you like very clean record do't buy this one .SLEEVE has sides uses and back side top writings ( not from CORTOT )
