Vertical fold-up outer sleeve, hinged like a classic school desk. Rear of sleeve has die-cut "legs" for the desk which fold out and secure in place.
Originally came with panties (pink, white, yellow or blue) wrapped around clear cellophane inner sleeve and the LP.
Back cover does NOT have song titles listed, later issues included titles on back cover.
Solid-green Warner Bros. labels.

Sleeve:: VG there are 2 pieces that are supposed to fold out and help “secure” the sleeve’s / die-cut desk legs.. Those 2 pieces are missing (see pictures)
Panties: are split (see last picture)
Inner Sleeve: does not have the original “clear cellophane inner sleeve” I have it in a clear poly inner with a rounded bottom

M: Mint. I only use this grade on sealed records
NM: Like new or darn close with no more than a couple of insignificant defects.
EX: Plays just a bit under near mint
VG++: A very strong VG+
VG+: A record that has experienced normal use. Will have audible imperfections.
VG : Many only surface lines or may have 1 or more small scratches .Background sound but still enjoyable. Sleeve defects will be noted.
VG-: significant background sound from various defects but music always quite audible above it. Sleeve has some damage that will be noted.
G+: The defects are very pronounced & need explanation.
G: This is a record that will still play but has so many or such bad defects that you will get more enjoyment using it as a frisbee.
