SIBELIUS "Violin Concerto in D Minor, Op. 47" + SUK "Four Pieces, Op. 17" (HMV ALP 1479) original UK 1958 1st pressing (red & gold label)
ULTRA RARE GINETTE NEVEU SET! With JEAN NEVEU on piano, with Philharmonia Orchestra conducted by WALTER SUSSKIND.

CONDITION : GOOD/M- (Sleeve/Record)
DESCRIPTION : Record in beautiful condition, possibly unplayed, no real evidence of spindle traces - barely a scuff. Labels pristine. In original EMITEX poly-lined inner sleeve. The sleeve is printed on very thin card, and has sadly been ripped across the front - from the bottom right edge to 3/4 of the way across (see photo). This has been neatly sellotaped on the reverse (no tape on the front cover) to prevent this getting any worse - and taping on the front would disguise some more of the damage - otherwise it's generally excellent. Will be supplied in a PVC cover. So... lovely vinyl with superb audio, with a problem sleeve, which isn't too unsightly!

SMALL PRINT : I am first and foremost a collector, and grade strictly as I wish everyone would. Records will be well-packed between cardboard, and sent in record mailers. In the interests of the environment, these will be recycled whenever possible. Albums will be removed from outer sleeve to avoid seam splits in transit. All records are sent with a certificate of posting.
