ANANDA SHANKAR "Ananda Shankar & His Music" (EMI 2528)
Here we have a truly fantastic album; the second LP by Ananda Shankar and a total stunner!!! First side of the LP is killer Indian funk with amazing rock band and sitar concept -- hair raising, ear-twitching superb Indian funk. On side B Ananda shows a much more psychedelic side of his music which would stand anyone in this field of music with shame -- absolutely mind melting sitar psych! Listen to the samples!
The disc is in absolutely amazing and very hard to find shape. The cover is strong VG+ but disc borders over M-. One side of the disc is Mint. The other side's grooves are as much clean as the other side but this side has a few surface scuffs which are totally inaudible.

SOME NOTES ON THE SAMPLES: All samples are taken from the actual records offered on auction which not only enables the listener to sample the music but also offers the chance of play-grading the vinyl which is especially essential with records from India. Since we are offering a lot of samples this month, our server limits us to a space quota therefore some really wonderful records don't have samples; if you are interested in ANY disc which does not have samples but you'd like to hear samples from, I will be happy to provide them for you, feel free to ask.
POSTAGE
Up to 7 LPs (apprx. 2 kilos), AIR MAIL postage WORLDWIDE is 9USD for the first LP and 2USD for each LP thereafter. If you need a REGISTERED sending you will only have to add 1USD to the final total. IMPORTANT: After 2 kilos, the Turkish post office applies different rates which are approximately %15-25 more to the calculation above, depending on the weight. In any case, you will surely be saving on postage on multiple purchases.
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
We accept PayPal, cash, international postal money orders, BidPay, Western Union and MoneyGram money transfers. Here are the details of our policies:
PAYPAL: We do accept PayPal but due to the high fees applied on the premium members for receiving payments, you will have to add %5 of the total amount if your total exceeds 200USD. All payments under 200USD are free of any additional charge. CASH: We accept US Dollars, EURO, Japanese Yen cash well hidden in concealed and registered envelope. INTERNATIONAL POSTAL MONEY ORDERS: We can accept these postal money orders issued by the post offices only from European countries and from Japan. Money orders drawn from banks or personal checks are NOT acceptable, sorry. WESTERN UNION & MONEYGRAM: With all due respect to the warnings issued by eBay about possible risks of these transactions, we are proud to say we always only had happy customers who used these services. Especially for multi-purchases grossing bigger-than-usual amounts, these are handy services.
Our items are strictly graded and we offer FULL REFUND GUARANTEE on all purchases if the item is broken in transit and if the customer is seriously unhappy with the item, on the condition of the item being sent back to us in the state it was received. We can claim a "Lost" complaint to the post office ONLY when the parcel is registered.
