Description
Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my Dutch Beat, Prog, Psych and Jazz records that are form my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, an extremely rare 1st Dutch pressing of Ann Burton – Ballads & Burton on the ORANGE Artone label with cat. no. XDJ S-5020, dating from 1969.
The record is in EX condition, There are a couple non-sounding hairlines only. The labels are also in EX condition, there are a couple spindle marks only.
The cover (a CBS one) is in EX condition, there is very slight handling wear on the opening edge, but besides that, there is nothing wrong with this cover, there is no writing, no ring wear or rips or tears.
This is an extremely rare Dutch Jazz record, which you won't find very often as an original first pressing on the ORANGE Artone label. The later 1970 pressings are on the CBS label and are quite easy to find. This is your chance to obtain the very first pressing of the legendary Dutch jazz singer Ann Burton’s second album, a real must have for all jazz collectors. Happy bidding!
